Within the first week I noticed the smell of oil when I came to a stop. After some basic checks I found they over filled the motor oil by a full quart. If only there was a stick that could dip into the oil to check the level so this wouldn't happen. Fixed that myself.

This weekend I went to take something out of the glove box. The owners manual was chewed up (and covered in mouse urine) and there was lots of other evidence they left behind too. How can you put the paperwork in the glove box and NOT notice that? The stow away boxes in the trunk had the inner lining chewed up, as was the privacy cover that was stored in there. Now I know why the car smelled perfumed when I took delivery.

Make sure you get everything you want in the contract!! I bought a car here last March and was told I would get 18 free months of Sirius. When I brought up the contract only listed 12 months I was told not to worry, when the 12 months was up called the dealership and they would extend it another 6 months, it was no big deal. When this time came and I called, I was told by Josh (salesman) that he didn't recall telling me that. Sirius may not be expensive but I hate when people don't follow through in what they promise.

Absolutely horrific customer service. The general manager has a terrible attitude. I would stay far far away from this dealership. There are too many other options around to deal with people like this. If I didn't want the color they had, I would've gone elsewhere too. In my opinion these people are liars. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

I'll add them to the list of dealers to avoid along with Bertera Chevy in Palmer MA.

Bought a pre-owned Corvette from them this spring. Salesman was pleasant but used the usual tactics. "My boss is going to be so mad if I hold this car more than 1 day. We're getting lots of calls on this car." Blah blah blah.

Excellent service clean and very friendly atmosphere

Past 5 times i called for a simple oil change, they put me on hold and right back to the front office. Pretty sure no body works back there....

So whenever you see them reply to a bad rating, acting like they're going to rectify the problem, just know it's B.S.

I was contacted by their "customer service rep" because she was VERY (sarcasm) concerned about my experience. Well, I returned her voicemail, sent her several emails, and guess what? No response.
