Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Ariel, Michael, and Asher went above and beyond to assure that I was content. I would highly recommend their business and would absolutely buy from them again. I walked in after work and left with a vehicle the same evening, I can’t say enough about their professionalism.
If you buy a car here take it straight to another mechanic and have it looked at! They sold me a car with bad rear brakes and as I was driving on I-95 the brake line snapped and I couldn't stop. I legitimately almost died and then when I called them to try and fix the situation they told me that the only thing they were willing to do is say sorry and have me pay to fix the damages! I had 2 different mechanics write notarized statements saying that the rear brakes were already bad and even Grossman admitted to only checking and fixing the front brakes before they sold me the car! If you have children please do not get a car from here!
I will not recommend this dealership to anyone I know and most certainly will not be back. I spent and owe a lot of money (clearly -- cars aren't cheap) and would like to be able to trust the people selling me the huge metal box I'm going to be in most of the day - not have an act put on to get my money. CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS -- WITHOUT THEM YOU DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS TO BEGIN WITH.
When I first got my car from here, I thought it was great. There was some weird sound with the rotors so I took it get looked at when I needed my brakes done. Turns out this dealership put new pads on old rotors, the piston was stuck and a tool had to be welded (custom) to fix this. Then now there's issues with the back caliper. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a car expert in any way shape or form, but I'd like to be able to trust who I am buying a vehicle from. I spend a lot of time in my car. Also, the salesman (I think his name was Kevin) didn't seem to want to get me into a car that fit me, but just a car so he can get his money. They tried whacking us with an insane interest rate, and then suddenly lowered it 9%... If you're going to try to give the illusion you're trying to make your customers happy, I definitely think you shouldn't try scamming your way there.
I recently purchased a vehicle from Grossman, and of the 7 vehicles I've called my own, this was by far the easiest, smoothest, even enjoyable experience I've had. Ariel spent half a day with me showing me 6 or 7 vehicles that fit what I was looking for and never pushed past my comfort zone regarding my budget or type of vehicle. He was very personable and I greatly enjoyed talking with him. The entire purchasing experience was clear and upfront, without any hidden surprises. Thanks Ariel - I'm loving the Silverado!
