Our chocolate lab received top notch care at Animal Hospital of Old Saybrook. Dr. Fedorich is caring and compassionate and his staff is cheerful and attentive. Rooms are all bright and clean. I recently toured the brand new boarding facility they call the "Inn and Spa" and must say it is also top notch and stands head and shoulder above others I've seen. Highly recommend.
Both our Golden Retriever and our Labrador Retriever have received excellent care. The vets really care and follow up. The facility itself is excellent and cheerful and all the staff are really great!
Dr Fedorich and his team have been consistently caring and responsive with my cats. They have nursed more than one cat through some serious health issues, they are always careful to explain options and accommodating of our needs. Big plus is that they have a boarding facility attached to the hospital - that has been helpful to us for taking care of our cats who needed daily meds while we were traveling away from home.
They came to our house for an emergency to put our dog down. They were absolutely wonderful, kind , gentle, caring and so competent
I called on the same day that I needed the visit and they fit me in. Very brief wait to see the doctor. The doctor paid close attention to what I told her and acted accordingly. Very friendly staff. My dog and I are both happy!
