Had an obstruction in a pipe that I just could not remove no matter what I tried. I called at about 10 AM and they had a plumber out to my house by noon! He was very informative and explained everything he was doing, helping me learn what to do in case it happens again. Once he stuck a flexible camera down the pipe, we could see the obstruction (a small aresol can...) and it appeared that we wouldnt be able to get it out. Here is why I was so happy with the service - when I asked him to keep trying to push it out, he agreed to keep at it even though it was a bit of a long shot. He was able to get it out after some serious pushing, saving me...I dont even know HOW much $$. He would have had to completely replace the pipe if he wasnt able to clear it. Thanks to the Bridgeport Roto Rooter for helping me out and not giving up, even when things looked bad!
