Enterprise is my go to rental company. I liked the desk service I got - explaining everything and really paying attention to my needs and checking out the car. My car, unfortunately, had a "service now" indicator that continually flashed through my rental :( Like all enterprizes, I wish it was open on Sunday - however - i don't mind people having a day off.
Had a car fire not far from this location, and the staff was extremely accommodating. KJ, the manager, was beyond helpful. I lost my wallet to the car fire and she waited while I had a copy of my license emailed over so i could rent a car. Thank you so much.
I needed to rent a car because mine needed repair. The person who picked me up was very friendly and waited for me to complete a medical appointment. I kept needing to extend my use of the car and the staff were great.
